| Short bio | Britta Brugman is an Assistant Professor in the Amsterdam School of Communication Research (ASCoR) at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Among other things, she focuses on the characteristics and effects of (figurative) language in satirical news (e.g., The Daily Show, The Onion). Britta currently serves on the RaAM Executive Committee as Web Editor. |
